Dr. Philipp Rösler
Founder & CEO
Dr. Philipp Rösler holds management consulting mandates as well as supervisory board memberships in known Swiss and international companies.
Philipp started his career as a medical doctor with the German Armed Forces and left the German
Bundeswehr as a captain to join politics in 2003. He served as the chairman of the Free Democratic Party in the German state of Lower-Saxony in which he was Deputy-Prime Minister and Minister of Economics, Labour and Transport. In 2009 he joined the Federal Government of Germany as a Minister of Health in Federal Chancellor Merkel's second cabinet. In 2011 Philipp Rösler was elected as the Chairman of the Free Democratic Party in Germany, and changed his portfolio to Federal Minister of Economics and Technology. He also served as Vice-Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Dr. Rösler left politics in 2013 and joined the Managing Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva for four years. Thus he found his way to Switzerland where he settled with his family in Zürich and collected trusting clients and board memberships ever since.
Dr. Ulf Gartzke

Before joining Consessor, Dr. Gartzke co-founded Spitzberg Partners, a transatlantic corporate advisory firm focused on the technology sector headquartered in NYC and Berlin. During 2019-2022, Ulf concurrently served as CEO of Brainloop AG, a leading European SaaS provider of highly secure executive collaboration solutions.
Ulf Gartzke previously served as Director of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation’s Washington office, which is the political foundation for Germany’s CSU party, and where he was responsible for relations with the United States and Canada. Previously, Ulf worked at the World Economic Forum in Geneva and the World Bank in Paris. He serves on the Supervisory Boards of Brainloop AG in Munich, Mplus Group in Zagreb, Prudentia Capital in Paris, Crypto Valley Partners in Zug as well as the Indo-Pacific Forum in Washington, DC.
Ulf Gartzke studied at the University of Augsburg and holds advanced degrees from Georgetown University and Sciences Po Paris, as well as a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Ulf is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish, and conversational in Italian. He divides his
time between Washington, DC and Munich.
Dr. Dr. Robert Gaudin is a medical doctor, dentist, and entrepreneur. He works as a physician in the
Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Charité Berlin where he experiences the daily pitfalls of the medical system.
This is why he has founded the software companies dentalXrai (Charité Startup) which he successfully
exited and VideaHealth (Harvard and MIT Startup) in the field of AI in medical imaging. Both AI applications are successfully running as a certified product in the United States and Europe.
Further, he has been an advisor and angel investor to med tech startups.

Before joining Consessor, Claudia held various positions at health-tech startups and companies.
In her roles as Head of Operations, Head of Strategy, Marketing, and Sales, she managed teams, established operations from scratch, and successfully bridged the gap between technology and business.
She is currently Member of the Board and COO/CTO at DTMD Institute, where she leads strategic operations and oversees the institution’s digital infrastructure, platform ecosystem, and cross-functional execution across international structures.
Claudia obtained a combined degree in business and computer science and pursued a master’s degree in Applied Computer Science. Leveraging her expertise in technology development and team building, Claudia has proven to be a valuable asset to Consessor.

Baiba Hoeft is a dynamic professional with over 12 years of experience in business operations and project management for multinational corporations.
With a competitive mindset, she excels at logistics and administrative activities. Baiba has a diploma in office administration and a certificate in project management, which demonstrate her dedication to excellence and efficiency.
Baiba is fluent in Latvian, English, and German, and is conversational in Russian. She thrives in positions that need careful organisation, such as assisting executives, managing customer service, and leading projects to ensure timely and quality results.
