We maintain a presence on LinkedIn to expose our firm and services to clients and prospects and to communicate with them. LinkedIn is a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of LinkedIn Corporation, located at 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, California 94085, United States.

Consequently, user data may be processed outside the European Union, specifically in the United States. This may result in higher dangers for consumers, such as making it more challenging to access user data in the future. We lack access to these user data as well. The only access option is provided by LinkedIn. The LinkedIn Corporation is Privacy Shield-certified and has so agreed to adhere to European data protection rules.

We maintain a company presence on Instagram to promote our products and services and engage with potential or existing clients.

On this social networking site, we share responsibility with Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The legal foundation may alternatively be the user's consent to the platform operator under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The user may cancel this consent at any time for the future by notifying the platform operator in accordance with Article 7 (3) DSGVO.

When our online presence is accessed via the Instagram platform, Facebook Ireland Ltd., as the platform operator in the EU, processes the user's data (such as personal information, IP address, etc.).

This user data is utilized to compile statistics regarding our company's Instagram presence. Facebook Ireland Ltd. uses this information for market research, advertising, and to construct user profiles. Based on these profiles, Facebook Ireland Ltd. can, for instance, target Instagram and non-Instagram users with advertisements based on their interests. Facebook Ireland Ltd. can additionally link the data to the corresponding user account if the user is logged into Instagram at the time of the conversation.

If the user contacts us via Instagram, the personal information provided at that time will be utilized to respond to the inquiry. If the user's inquiry has been satisfactorily answered and there are no statutory retention duties, such as in the case of further contract processing, we shall delete the user's data.

Facebook Ireland Ltd. may also employ cookies for data processing.

If a user does not consent to this processing, he or she can prohibit the installation of cookies by configuring their web browser accordingly. Existing cookies can be removed at any time. The options for this vary depending on the browser used. On our website, we additionally promote our presence on the social networks indicated below. The integration is carried out using a linked diagram of the respective network. This image prevents a connection from being immediately created to the corresponding social network when a website displaying a social media advertisement is requested to display an image of the respective social network. The user is only taken to the appropriate social network service when clicking on the associated image.
