Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh stated that the province always invites and creates favourable conditions for foreign investors with high technology to implement large projects that benefit both the locality and the country's development goals.

The Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested that the Provincial People's Committee, relevant departments, and branches review the planning and, in collaboration with investors, survey, research, select, and propose the most appropriate plan. At the same time, the province must connect with and report to ministries, branches, and the government for opinions on enterprise investment needs in order to have a foundation for carrying out related procedures.
